The tasks that include our servicesof the annual budget, are the following:

  • General Assemblies

    Ordinary Assemblies, One forexercise.

    Extraordinary exercise.

  • Administrative tasks

    Convocation of assembliesordinary and extraordinary by order of President or of those legitimized by law.

    Writing and sending the minutescorresponding to all owners.

    Meeting with the Governing Board, incase there are.

    Communication to owners,at the end of the fiscal year, of the liquidation of the general accounts, of theindividual liquidation of each estate, balances resulting, as well as theforecasts for the following exercise, and another complementary information.

  • Accounting tasks

    Accounting, in accordance withthe General Accounting Plan, of the whole activity Economic CommunityOwners, either through the system traditional, through thefarm management programs made for that purpose, orusing Excel-style spreadsheet, Open Office, etc.

    Issuance of quota receiptsOrdinary, as agreed by the Board.

    Issuance of payment ordersof repairs, services, inspections, management, etc. commissioned bythe Community.

    Preparation of the book ofannual accounts.

  • Legal content tasks

    Professional advice toPresident or the Governing Board, on the issues that affect the community ofowners.

    Management of the claim to thedebtors.

  • Other actions

    Request for works budgetsordinary.

    Custom, administration andmonitoring of maintenance works ordinary.

    Deposit, custody and filethe documentation of the Community.

    Constitution of the Community andWriting of Statutes and Rules of Regime Internal.

    Management and monitoring of worksextraordinary or sinister.

    Issuance of certificates byprivate interest.

    Performances on behalf ofthe Community, before the Public Administration and official organisms.
